Hospitality English Course
Learning Hospitality English will give you confidence to communicate effectively with the guests in the hotel and international business industry. The purpose of this course is to enhance learners’ interaction skill in different occupational workplace, with intensive practices in class both in listening and speaking.
The course includes conversational English in hospitality and tourism starting from inquiry to receiving the customers, serving their needs during the stay, providing assistance and dealing with their different requirements. It covers front desk conversation with the guests, food and beverage services, Housekeeping daily and providing information, solving requests and complaints and developing conversation with the guests.
Initial placement test will determine the learner’s level of English and student will be trained of the competency level he/she requires. Learner’s centered approach with audio and visual aided learning, individual presentation, group discussion, role play, debates and many more activities will definitely improve the communication skill of the learners preparing them for the customer service profession.
